The story begins with the founder searching for gentle, safe skincare products to alleviate her daughter’s long-term suffering from eczema and skin sensitivity. However, her search was fruitless, sometimes even causing her daughter’s problems to recur and worsen. Seeing her daughter suffer day and night, and worried about the potential harm from long-term Western medication, she felt constantly distressed and guilty for failing as a mother！ Therefore, she made a decision: to collaborate with local skincare experts to research different herbal formulas, creating her first herbal comfrey ointment using natural ingredients，the successful product had helped herself and friends, which became her driving force to continue and expand this meaningful project for all! – This is the beginning of SOELF.
